What is this app?

The app (currently in beta) provides buy and sell signals for the cryptocurrency market from the Binance exchange. It also indicates the signal strength, helping users make better trading decisions.

Does the app support exchanges other than Binance?

We currently only support Binance exchange, but we plan to add support for other exchanges in future updates.

What signals will I receive in the free version?

In the free version, this will allow you to receive buy and sell signals for a single symbol, such as Bitcoin, or another one randomly selected by the system.

Can I set signals for more than one symbol?

Full access to signals for all symbols on Binance requires a PRO subscription.

What are the subscription plans?

Free Plan: You receive signals for one symbol, which can be randomly assigned.

Does the VIP version support the implementation of non-standard solutions?

Yes, VIP users can commission the implementation of custom solutions tailored to their needs. This can include full trading automation, advanced analytical tools, or integration with existing systems.

How does the trading automation process work in the VIP version?

VIP trading automation allows you to set trading strategies that work without the need for constant market monitoring. You get access to advanced algorithms that automatically execute transactions according to selected parameters, based on signals generated by the application.

Can I count on priority technical support?

Yes, VIP users have access to priority technical support, including a dedicated account manager who will help troubleshoot issues and implement appropriate solutions.

How can I upgrade my account to VIP?

To upgrade your account to VIP, go to the Subscriptions tab, select the VIP plan. After the upgrade, you will have access to all advanced VIP features.
